How to make thick mango shake at home



To make one to two large glasses of thick mango shake, you will need:

2 large ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped, 1 to 1.5 cups chilled full-fat milk, 2 to 4 tablespoons sugar, depending on the sweetness of the mangoes, 4 to 6 ice cubes, optional
2 scoops vanilla ice cream, optional.

For the best result, choose mangoes that are naturally sweet, fragrant, and pulpy. Alphonso, Kesar, or any good ripe local variety works well. The riper and juicier the mango, the less sugar you will need.
